Sales Executive, CLARITY · 14+ years in enterprise technology, over a decade at SAP. Writes on what really changes when a company changes how it makes money — the commercial model, the Quote-to-Cash architecture, and the people who have to carry both.
Katarina Lantuh is a Sales Executive at CLARITY, working with organisations across EMEA and North America on SAP solutions and business transformation. She brings more than 14 years of experience in enterprise technology, including over a decade at SAP, with a career spanning sales, customer and partner management, enablement, and international project and service delivery.
Her current focus is monetisation and Quote-to-Cash, and the business changes required when companies rethink how they sell, price and generate revenue. Having worked across both the commercial and delivery sides of transformation, she is particularly interested in the point where business models, technology and people meet — and why adoption and behaviour can determine the success of transformation as much as the technology itself.
Katarina is also an AI enthusiast, exploring how AI is changing work, decision-making and the way people interact with technology. She completed postgraduate studies in Future Leadership at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
Her column — Time-to-Money
When a business moves from licences to subscriptions, what breaks first — the pricing model, or the systems that have to quote and bill it? The column follows the commercial promise through the whole Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, and holds on to the lens that makes it different: pricing and billing transformations fail on human behaviour more often than on software.
