Lennaert Buschman is a managing consultant at Osprey International, operating across three high-growth cloud ecosystems: SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow — the latter now led by SAP's former CEO, Bill McDermott. With over two decades in talent acquisition, Lennaert previously led SAP's executive recruitment across EMEA, sourcing VP-and-above leadership. He later built hypergrowth talent functions inside Workday and ServiceNow while delivering critical enterprise hiring for major SAP customers, including Philips, Shell, and NXP Semiconductors.
