Transaction /SCMTMS/EXP in SAP TM

Which Fiori launchpad app runs transaction /SCMTMS/EXP?

In the SAP Fiori launchpad, transaction /SCMTMS/EXP runs as “Optimizer Explanation”, an SAP GUI app: the classic transaction, opened from the SAP Fiori launchpad. There is no separate native Fiori replacement: the launchpad tile opens the same transaction screens.
