Which Fiori launchpad app runs transaction /SCMTMS/FWD_QUOT?

In the SAP Fiori launchpad, transaction /SCMTMS/FWD_QUOT runs as “Create Forwarding Quotation, Display Forwarding Quotation, Edit Forwarding Quotation”, a Web Dynpro app: the classic SAP TM screen, opened from the SAP Fiori launchpad. There is no separate native Fiori replacement: the launchpad tile opens the same transaction screens.
