Transaction /SCMTMS/LAYOUT_SYNC_W_CUST in SAP TM

Which Fiori launchpad app runs transaction /SCMTMS/LAYOUT_SYNC_W_CUST?

In the SAP Fiori launchpad, transaction /SCMTMS/LAYOUT_SYNC_W_CUST runs as “Synchronize Page Layouts with Customizing”, a Web Dynpro app: the classic SAP TM screen, opened from the SAP Fiori launchpad. There is no separate native Fiori replacement: the launchpad tile opens the same transaction screens.
