In the SAP Fiori launchpad, transaction /SCMTMS/PNQC runs as “Determine Normalized Quantity - Based on Documents”, a Web Dynpro app: the classic SAP TM screen, opened from the SAP Fiori launchpad. There is no separate native Fiori replacement: the launchpad tile opens the same transaction screens.
