Which Fiori launchpad app runs transaction /SCMTMS/PROF_COND?

In the SAP Fiori launchpad, transaction /SCMTMS/PROF_COND runs as “Create Condition, Display Condition, Edit Condition”, a Web Dynpro app: the classic SAP TM screen, opened from the SAP Fiori launchpad. There is no separate native Fiori replacement: the launchpad tile opens the same transaction screens.
