Vevey — November 5th 2018 — today Nestlé went live with SAP SuccessFactors, launching their broad scope global HR Transformation: H2R (Hire to Retire). The scope of Wave 1 has direct impact on 70’000 employees in 35 countries. Nestlé are using SFSF to transform HR for the people, the business and function with a game changing approach which will drive simplification, standardization and share ability across the employee experience. With this landmark implementation, one of the largest for SAP SuccessFactors, Nestlé is empowering a modern digital workforce by ensuring its global employees have access to a cloud-first, mobile-enabled, flexible HR platform.
Nestlé are now adding Employee Central, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Management and Onboarding to their existing talent modules Performance and Goals, Successions and Development and Compensation.
And it doesn’t end there.
This successful Go-Live has also been a game changer: Nestlé chose to lead the implementation themselves and worked shoulder to shoulder with SAP SuccessFactors teams including the account team, product management, engineering, Regional Implementation Group (RIG), consulting, and support.
